Working with energy suppliers in Revenue Protection Services since 2008, we offer an effective end to end journey by combining the specialist skills of field and office staff. Ensuring all investigations are carried out in a professional and timely manner, we are currently making 40,000 sites visits and completing 10,000 cases per year with full UK coverage across a range of clients.
To ensure investigations are completed to the highest standards, we provide our staff with extensive training and support so they can deal with difficult situations, identify tampered meters and accurately complete and return the detailed investigation reports to the suppliers.
If we cannot gain access to a customer’s property then you can be assured that by working closely with courts, our partnership with dog handles and utilising our in-house locksmith services, we can execute warrants to the highest standards if needed.
In addition to the field services is our ability to securely transfer and store meters that have been removed by the MOP or MAM. By controlling the journey of a removed meter, we can ensure that any handling and movement has been done correctly always ensuring the integrity of the potential evidence.
