Morrison Data Services, a leading data services provider to energy and water utility retailers in the UK and Ireland, and part of M Group Services, has been chosen to deliver data managed services and meter reading services, on behalf of Co-op Energy, part of The Midcounties Co-operative, the largest independent co-operative in the UK.
The five-year contract worth around £7m will cover Co-op Energy’s entire geographic footprint across England, Wales and Scotland. Under the terms of the new agreement, the scope of works will include non half hourly data collection, field data aggregation and meter reading services.
Morrison Data Services is the largest provider of data management for the utilities sector, providing industry regulated accredited services and managing over 34 million records across a range of services for more than 30 energy and water utility retailers.
